The best thing to do before using any of the built-in tools is to first configure its settings. Then, you can import your documents (PDFs or other types of documents for creating PDFs) and wait for the utility to get the job done.

The one thing missing from this Windows utility is a built-in help manual. A beginner PC user would definitely make use of an integrated guide.
